Volunteers
Over 200 volunteers will be required for The Tall Ships' Races - Hartlepool 2010. We are now recruiting for the four different volunteer roles for the event, Ship Liaison Officers, Technical Liaison Officers, Event Administration and Support and Event Co-ordination and Branding all working together to ensure the success of the event. Each of these roles is vital to the event and they all require a varied set of skills and experience.
We are delighted to have the volunteer online application form launched and we would now like to invite anyone who is interested in volunteering for The Tall Ships Races to submit an application form, following the link below. You will see from the details below that we have opportunities to suit varied skill sets so I would encourage you to take a look to see whether your interests, skills and experience would fit any of these positions.
We plan to recruit our volunteers in groups and the first group will be informed by the end of this year and will then be required to attend a few basic training sessions from January 2010. There will be up to four separate intakes and training periods. Once you have submitted your application, you will be notified in due course of the outcome of this application.
We look forward to receiving your application to volunteer at The Tall Ships Races in Hartlepool 2010.
