ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOV) – Two adult males are struggling with prices in relationship to a fatal dwelling explosion involving fireworks.
Authorities claimed Terrell Cooks, 37, and Seneca Mahan, 43, produced fireworks in the garage at a household in the 6600 block of Parker Street in north St. Louis County.

KMOV claimed the garage exploded early Friday early morning.
4 people died as a final result of the explosion. Authorities recognized them as William Jones, 21, Demario Cooks, Christopher Jones, 17, and Travell Easton, 16.
A 12-calendar year-aged who lived in the home endured slight accidents.
Cooks and Mahan had been arrested and charged with next-diploma murder, endangering the welfare of a kid, and illegal possession of a weapon, according to authorities.
Police reported both suspects admitted to producing fireworks that were additional explosive than the state regulation permitted. They also admitted the victims would aid them in manufacturing the fireworks.

In accordance to the police, the adult men did not have a license to manufacture fireworks.
The two are also accused of providing the fireworks. Throughout a lookup of Cooks’ auto and his dwelling, police say they observed fireworks and the materials used to make them.
Both of those defendants are currently being held on a $350,000 income-only bond.
