Witnesses say a driver dropped manage before crashing and catching fireplace on Milwaukee’s north facet Wednesday, April 20.

Victor Franklin was operating around 53rd and Custer when he claims a swerving car or truck caught his consideration. 

“The auto went up into the tree, and it arrived down and just went on fireplace,” stated Franklin. “We ran in excess of there to test to get him out. The cop bust the window open, instructed me to stand back again. He received him.”

The Wisconsin Condition Patrol has not claimed what prompted the crash. 

3 witnesses explained to FOX6 they observed police chasing the vehicle.

“He ran the prevent indication and he commenced swerving,” explained a witness.”I was like, ‘Oh, I hope he doesn’t hit me.’”

Movie shows first responders appearing to enable a man on the ground.

“It was terrible, guy,” claimed Franklin. “It really was.”
