Nearly 60 antique cars participate in Hillsdale County Historical society car show


Hillsdale County Historical Society hosted its initially typical car or truck show Saturday at Will Carleton Poorhouse, future to Bob Evans Farms.

Sixty antique vehicles of all tends to make and products were being on show for community associates to view.

“There were 60 autos registered, such as a ‘horseless carriage,” mentioned JoAnne Miller, a board member of the culture.

Kathy Fowler was an organizer of the occasion and a board member of the society. She reported the society was happy with how several local community associates and autos confirmed up for the first 12 months.

“We experience like it was a pleasant turnout for the 1st year,” Fowler stated.

Miller said one of these shows was a fire motor that served the town of Hillsdale right until the 1970s.

“The new barn had shows and showcased our 1931 Seagrave Hearth Truck,” Miller explained.
